With a maximum permissible gross floor area (GFA) of 24,611 square metres, the site is poised to accommodate a luxurious high-rise residential development. Plans for the site include approximately 301 elegant homes and 400 square metres of commercial space, offering residents a blend of exclusivity and urban convenience.
The development will be undertaken by an 80:20 joint venture between UOL Venture Investments Pte. Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of UOL Group, and SingLand Residential Development Pte. Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Singapore Land Group. The partnership continues the longstanding collaboration between the two developers, known for delivering award-winning residential and commercial projects across Singapore.
The Orchard Boulevard GLS site represents the first residential land release in the Orchard/Tanglin precinct since 2018, highlighting its rarity and strategic significance. Notably, the site enjoys direct access to Orchard Boulevard MRT Station (TE13) on the Thomson-East Coast Line, enhancing its connectivity to key city nodes including Marina Bay, Shenton Way, and the Greater Southern Waterfront.
